What is mojito coffee?
The Mojito Coffee is a coffee cocktail made with the emblematic ingredients found in the Mojito, such as lime and mint leaves, and cold brew, one of the six gentle extraction methods emblematic of pour-over coffee.
Available with or without alcohol, we’ve prepared several variations so that this recipe can be adapted to suit all tastes.
What is a Mojito?
The Mojito is a cocktail of Cuban origin, made with rum, fresh mint leaves, sugar, lime and sparkling water in its alcoholic version.
There are several variations of the non-alcoholic Mojito, also known as the Virgin Mojito. These contain no rum, but retain the characteristic flavours of the original Mojito.
What is cold brew?
Cold brew coffee is a gentle method of extracting coffee with cold or room temperature water.
There are several steps to making cold brew:
- Grind 45g grams of coffee beans on a coarse grind setting.
- Fill your cold brew bottle with cold water
- Fill the filter in your cold brew bottle with the ground coffee you’ve prepared
- Leave your cold brew bottle to infuse in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
The result will be a harmonious drink with no bitterness.
*Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation.
