HOW TO PREPARE A DALGONA COFFEE?
Ingredients
- Cold whole milk
- Powdered sugar
- Ice cubes
- Hot or cold water
- Instant coffee
Material
- A large glass
- A whisk or electric mixer
- A cup of milk
Preparation
- Step 1 In a small bowl, add 3 teaspoons of caster sugar, 3 teaspoons of cold water and 3 teaspoons of instant coffee.
- Step 2 Whip vigorously with a whisk until you have a nice whipped coffee cream.
- Step 3 Place the ice cubes in the glass.
- Step 4 Pour the cold milk on top.
- Step 5 Finally, place the coffee-sugar-water mixture on top of the glass.
